In collaboration with personal trainer and yoga teacher Christina Curry, we’ve created a program that consists of 24 training sessions specifically designed to get you moving.
About the trainer
For over five years now, Christina has worked at some of the world’s leading hotels and award winning health retreats that combine yogic practices with personal training, as well as with a wellness team made up of Ayurvedic doctors, nutritionists, massage therapists, and exercise physiologists. She’s had the opportunity to teach practitioners of all skill and ability levels, thus allowing her to be an extremely well rounded and accessible trainer.
About the program
The program consists of 24 training sessions made up of treadmill aerobic activities and floor work. This is an easy and efficient basic physical activity program that's designed to get you moving. The sessions will help you gradually increase your physical activity level, and will show you the best ways to reach and maintain your goals. Christina will provide you with advice and guidance to maximize the effectiveness of the individual sessions.
