About the trainer
Having competed at the highest level of international athletics for 13 years, Tim has transitioned successfully into coaching since his retirement in 2009. Tim has represented Great Britain at every major senior athletics championships, including the Olympic Games in 2004. Highlights included reaching the individual 400m final at the 2005 World Championships, winning medals at the Commonwealth Games, European Championships, World Indoor Championships and winning the Senior AAA 400m title on four occasions. During his athletics career and post university education, Tim qualified as a personal trainer, athletics coach and strength and conditioning coach. Tim is now the owner of health clubs in the UK.
About the program
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a new trend to tone you body. This program includes a full range of video training programs based on the High Intensity Interval Training philosophy, which is the best way to maximize the training experience and your time. The program has two different levels (Level 1 for beginners-intermediate and Level 2 for pros) of 12 workout sessions each.
