Technogym will be Official Wellness Partner of the Milan Fashion Week and the Green Carpet Fashion Awards

Within its role of Official Wellness Partner of the Milan Fashion Week, Technogym participates to the Green Carpet Fashion Awards Event, at Teatro la Scala in Milano.
For Technogym sustainability goes beyond the purely environmental sense and is strongly focused on people's health. In fact, wellness represents a great social opportunity for all stakeholders - Governments, Companies and Citizens - to promote health, prevention and healthy lifestyles, which are essential to guarantee a sustainable development for the planet in the medium to long term.

During the award ceremony held at Milan’s Scala Theatre, Nerio Alessandri, Technogym’s Founder has awarded with a special wellness award Elle Macpherson, recognized as an ambassador of the values of health and wellness within the fashion sector.

The link-up between Technogym and Italian fashion represents an important platform to promote, at a global level, the concept of wellness, a profoundly Italian way of life, with its roots deep in the ancient Roman saying of “mens sana in corpore sano”, as well as in the Renaissance principles of aesthetics and equilibrium.
In a global context in which Wellness, health and sport represent macro trends both for consumers and the industry, and in which the fashion world is becoming increasingly aware of health and sustainability issues, the partnership between Technogym and the National Chamber of Fashion establishes and consolidates the bond between the premium and aspirational Technogym brand and the fashion industry, one of the Italian lifestyle icons in the world.

Milan Fashion Week chooses Technogym’s wellness for its fashion film “Be Ready”

With a model, as the lead, getting ready for the upcoming fashion week, it is an entertaining take on the energy that is characteristic of the fashion week and its preparation. Only concentration and physical and mental wellbeing will enable the model to be ready.

Concepts that CNMI fully shares with Technogym, CNMI Official Wellness Partner. Wellness, a concept launched by Technogym over 20 years ago, means a balance between body, mind, spirit and is achieved through regular physical exercise, healthy nutrition and a positive mental approach.

A message that goes beyond the purely hedonistic vision and image of fitness, entering a more holistic and emotional paradigm: from “looking good” to "feeling good".
Center stage are the garments and accessories by a new generation of Italian designers: Arthur Arbesser, Gabriele Colangelo, GCDS, Giannico, Lucio Vanotti, Marco De Vincenzo, Paula Cademartori, Sara Battaglia, Stella Jean e Vivetta. The styling is by Georgia Tal.

“Be ready” follows the success of “Start the buzz”, the fashion film presented by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana in February 2018 that received important recognition, such as: Award Best Styling at the Canadian Fashion Film Festival, Award Best Concept at the Australian Fashion Film Festival, Award Premium in the category Fashion of the Muse Awards, Award Best Film at the Transilvania Shorts.
