Undercard: the new dimension of HIIT in the exclusive fitness boutique in Sydney

"Undercard is not for the faint of heart", Kes Commerford and Zach Vichers, co-fouders of Undercard, choose high-intensity training to complete their first fitness boutique in Sydney. Located on Oxford Street, between hipster Darlinghurst and Surry Hills, Undercard opens its doors at 5:30 in the morning until 19:00 in the evening. With its soft lighting, state-of-the-art sound system and certified instructors, the centre offers six classes a day, which can accommodate up to 36 people each and consist of a unique mix of boxing, body definition, and cardio training with Technogym's Skillmill.
The two founders, who are professional trainers with decades of fitness experience and prominent names in Sydney, have created the coolest fitness boutique in Darlinghurst, a super energetic area in the city centre. Classes are composed of HIIT training routines, the basic gestures of boxing are the basis of what has become the Undercard method: a total-body training, challenging and complete solution. Moreover, Skillmill was chosen to support their classes because it is the only non-motorized treadmill able to train power, speed, endurance and agility.
