The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho: a state-of-art in room experience with Technogym Case

With its glittering lights and great communication arteries, Tokyo is a metropolis that runs at a wild pace. The Japanese lifestyle and culture every year attract millions of tourists to the great capital of the Rising Sun. After a day of work or a stroll through the city's crowded streets with cutting-edge shops and starred restaurants, The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho looks like a temple overlooking the Japanese landscape, just a few steps from the centre of Tokyo with the comforts of a five-star structure.
The hotel occupies the top seven floors of Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho, a skyscraper packed with shops, restaurants, offices and residences, not far from the bustling, cosmopolitan city centre. It comprises 250 rooms, including 11 suites, two restaurants, two bars, a wellness centre with swimming pool and breath-taking views of the Tokyo skyline.

Tailor-made wellness in the privacy of your own room

Luxury, comfort, customized and diversified solutions. In addition to the fitness centre, guests can enjoy a luxurious workout experience in the comfort of their hotel room. The hotel has chosen Technogym to offer guests technology, design, services, contents and apps that goes beyond the hotel's gym equipment and accompanies the entire guest experience. The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho is the first hotel in the world to choose Technogym Case, a complete and smart solution made up of a selection of tools in a high-quality design bag, finely finished and completed by a digital library of training videos to offer guests an 360° wellness experience.

The tools inside Technogym Case are designed to help guests regenerate and feel better after a long journey. Thanks to the QR code it is possible to access a training experience guided by a brand-new virtual training service directly on the phone or broadcast it to the TV in the room for an even more engaging experience.

In addition to the opportunities offered by Technogym Case, guests can continue to keep active while sitting thanks to Wellness Ball Active Sitting, Technogym's iconic Ball that improves posture through micro-movements or targeted exercises to tone back muscles.

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho's link with Wellness is also showcased at the hotel's majestic and panoramic wellness centre, which offers a selection of Linea Artis products that combine ease of use and comfort with the highest level of performance and user experience. Guests can also pamper themselves at their spa, take a swim in the pool and relax in the dedicated suites.

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a stay in the green between sky and earth

The interiors of the hotel were designed by the architecture and design studio Rockwell Group in Madrid, which mixed traditional Japanese elements with a more European imprinting. The concept is inspired by levitation and the incredible perspectives of the city visible from all the rooms of The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, thanks to immense windows that give the impression of floating above the city. The interiors are elegantly completed by Japanese works of art, fine furniture and luxury materials.

Kioicho is an area full of greenery and history, where Japanese traditions and Western culture intertwine. A neighbourhood appreciated since the time of Edo, the ancient name by which Tokyo was known about four centuries ago. More recently, with the opening of complexes such as Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the area has established itself as a trendy and cultural destination, being home to important museums such as the National Art Center, the Mori Art Museum, as well as many art galleries.

Thanks to the ideal location of the hotel, each room offers a different spot depending on its position: to the north the skyscrapers of Ikebukuro, to the south the Tokyo Tower and the Rainbow Bridge, to the east the gardens of the Imperial Palace and the Skytree; to the west is the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and, if the day is clear, Mount Fuji. The rooms are equipped with a tablet that enables controlling light, temperature and curtains of the rooms.

Prince Hotels chooses Wellness

Other facilities of the Prince Hotels, Inc. have chosen Technogym for fitness and in-room Wellness. Even today, guests at the The Prince Park Tower Tokyo are already enjoying the latest in-room experience in the privacy of their room with panoramic views of the greenery of Shiba Park and Tokyo city center. Travelers can boost in-room Wellness with Technogym Case tools, Wellness Ball Active Sitting and work out with various training programs easily accessible from TV room, specifically designed by Technogym Master Trainers for their wellness needs, such as eliminating jetlag, energetic awakening or stretching before going to sleep.

Guests can also choose special menus recommended by an hotel’s certified nutritionist, for a 360° Wellness stay.
