  • With the increasing demand for Strength & Conditioning products, this area has increased in popularity and has become much more accessible for all. This workshop is designed for fitness professionals interested in understanding the Core Lifts – Squat, Overhead Press and Deadlift – and exploring the key benefits, coaching points and executing programming with clients.

    Session Objectives
    This workshop on the Core Lifts (Prerequisite for Level 2) is designed to provide each delegate with the confidence needed to deliver the fundamental techniques for successful delivery of the Squat, Overhead Press and Deadlift. Delegates will discover the benefits, main technique considerations, coaching tips and corrective ques. Programme design and format will also be considered.
