Method of Learning
The Olympic Lifts Workshop (available separately) enhances the knowledge delegates gained from the Core Lifts Workshop and develops understanding in the area of Olympic Lifting. Delegates will have the opportunity to understand the safe implementation of Olympic Lifting into fitness programming. Delegates will learn the correct technique for Clean, Push Jerk, Clean & Jerk and Snatch as well as how Olympic lifts differ from traditional strength training. Programme design and implementing for different user groups will also be covered.
