Method of Learning
This workshop on the Core Lifts (Prerequisite for Level 2) is designed to provide each delegate with the confidence needed to deliver the fundamental techniques for successful delivery of the Squat, Overhead Press and Deadlift. Delegates will discover the benefits, main technique considerations, coaching tips and corrective ques. Programme design and format will also be considered.
