The Dubai Fitness Challenge, taking place between October 20th and November 18th, is a government run initiative set up to stimulate and push Dubai to become the world’s most active city. This forward-thinking project aims to encourage more than 100,000 citizens, residents and visitors of Dubai, to move physically and more actively anytime and anywhere for 30 minutes a day, every day, for 30 days. The Dubai Fitness Challenge is for individuals, corporate and government organizations, schools, universities and will span across 40 citywide locations.
Dubai Fitness App
The Dubai Fitness App powered by Technogym will prove easily accessible, from any smartphone. By using the application participants will be able to sign up to the challenge, view all the activities and events available to them and track their personal progress and daily contribution to the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
Technogym has been selected as Provider for this initiative thanks to its strong experience in digital technologies for the fitness and wellness industry. Today Technogym has reinvented the way people access to wellness and health. Thanks to Mywellness, the easiest and most comprehensive platform connecting fitness equipment, the first cloud computing platform in the industry, apps and wearable devices, people can seamlessly manage their personal lifestyle anywhere and anytime. By leveraging the Mywellness digital ecosystem Technogym has launched the “Let’s Move for a better world” social challenge aiming at promoting physical exercise around the world.
