  • This workshop is targeted at fitness professionals interested in furthering their knowledge and understanding of different types and styles of training. We will explore different types of training and discover the benefits of a number of different areas of training including warm-up, fundamental movement patterns, bodyweight, cardio, resistance, plyometric, speed & agility and cool down.
