Q: What is the difference between isotonic, isoinertial, and isokinetic machines?

Isotonic machines keep the load constant during movement. They are easy to use and have a guided movement. Technogym machines with selectable load all belong to this category. Isoinertials , on the other hand, take advantage of the resistance generated by the movement itself, such as through a flywheel. Isokinetics keep the speed of execution constant.

Q: Who are these machines designed for?

They are ideal for users of all levels: beginners, athletes, and fitness professionals. They offer safety, control and progression. People undergoing rehabilitation can also benefit from guided exercise using isotonic machines with adjustable loads, as long as it is done under medical supervision.

Q: How does the selectable load work?

The load is adjusted via an integrated weight pack, which can be selected by inserting a special pin attached to the machine. This system allows the intensity of the exercise to be changed quickly and precisely, making it easier for beginners but at the same time allowing for advanced techniques such as stripping (also called drop sets).

Q: What muscles can be trained?

Our machines are designed to target all major muscle groups: legs, buttocks, chest, back, shoulders, arms, and core. Each is designed for a specific district, with guided, safe and effective movements.
