About the trainer
Anikó Góg (born February 10, 1980 in Orosháza, Békés) is a female athlete from Hungary. She competes in triathlon. Anikó competed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She took thirty-ninth place with a total time of 2:14:50.55. Now Anikò is a certified personal trainer and an health club manager.
About the programme
Power Cardio Training is the new solution of training. A full range of video training programs based on cardio and strength exercises in order to increase your metabolism and boost your shape. You can have two different livels (Level 1 for beginners-intermediate and Level 2 for pro) of 12 work-out sessions each.
