Enough excuses, it's time to train!
Are you a victim of the winter too?
The months from Christmas to Carnival are packed with festive occasions, and at the same time it's when the cold and everyday commitments destroy your good intentions to work off those extra calories with a little exercise.
The inevitable result is a loss of tone, and maybe a few extra pounds, both of which will stick with you through Spring and beyond.

But are bad weather and a tight schedule really obstacles or are they just excuses?
Even without the warmth of summer, with a family, a job, and a house to look after, it's still possible to carve out a little space for some movement without any special organizational effort.
Here are a few examples.
If you work full time, take advantage of your lunch break: for 40 minutes of exercise, a shower, and a light lunch, all you need is 1 hour and 30/40 minutes.
To achieve more movement, capitalize on things you do every day, such as taking the stairs instead of the lift, or riding a bike instead of taking public transport.
Wake up half an hour earlier for a walk or a 20-minute toning regime: with a little effort, a new burst of energy will be with you all day long.
It's raining and you don't even have half an hour of free time in the day? Accumulate mini sessions throughout the day: 10 minutes of abs in the morning, another 10 of stretching before going back to work, and 15 minutes of floor exercises in the evening are worth a full workout for your body.
It's easy to do away with excuses. Think of the alternatives that stand behind every obstacle.
You can figure out on your own how to cut off excuses at the source before they prevent you from achieving your ideal physical fitness.
