Warranty

The equipment comes with a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, excluding components subject to wear (for example, cables, padding, rubber or plastic parts). You can also extend the warranty up to 5 years.

Our technical assistance service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via telephone and via the Web. Moreover, the service is backed by a network of technical assistance centers in which trained technicians operate. Our support team will be on hand to solve your problems, including arranging spare parts to requesting an intervention, or even extending the warranty period.
