The International Council on Active Aging (ICAA) is an association that supports professionals who develop wellness and fitness facilities and services for age 50-plus adults. All ICAA members share a common interest in reaching older adults with active-aging messages, facilities, programs and guidance. The ICAA supports these professionals and organizations with education, information, resources and tools so they can achieve optimal success with this market.
Technogym is a proud partner and preferred vendor of the ICAA.
The ICAA also recently chose Technogym’s Kinesis to receive a 2007 ICAA Industry Innovator Award. The annual ICAA awards honor excellence and creativity in the health and wellness field. They also recognize organizations that have developed cutting-edge programs to support active aging, plus spotlight one innovative piece of fitness equipment for the active older-adult market. The award-winning offerings target any or all of the seven dimensions of wellness—emotional, vocational, physical, spiritual, intellectual, environmental and social.
