This has provided the residents of Gwinganna Retreat everything they need for effective indoor resistance training or personal training sessions.

The Retreat also offers training on Technogym’s  Kinesis Wall. The multi-purpose unique workout that Kinesis provides enables residents to restore the right balance between mind and body.
