Technogym had a chance to talk with McLean Reiter, Manager of Operations and Business Development for Sports Performance Services at Swedish Medical Center. Here is what Mr. Reiter had to say about his experience with Technogym.

"Swedish Medical Center has had a partnership with Technogym for about 4 years. One of the major attractions for us was the Wellness System. We can track our client's progress by using a virtual personal trainer.  Patients don't even have to think about their workout.  I think the Wellness System has been a major factor in attracting new clients and keeping them motivated to make progress on their recovery or workout regime.

Technogym is different equipment, very eye catching.  What the hospital likes about it is the wide range of user ability.  Everyone from Physical Therapy to Cardiovascular patients use it.  Even clients with limitations can still workout on this equipment and feel accomplished.  You get a cancer patient in there and they can't lift the heavy weight but they can use Easy Line, the hydraulic resistance circuit training line.

In the end Technogym is a great company to work with.  We have had access to all kinds of marketing materials and nothing but support from the marketing department.  The equipment is great, top of the line. We also like the fact you guys interface with Cosmed. I think  Technogym is going in the right direction, ahead of the curve compared to other companies."
