Set to debut in October next year, One&Only Cape Town is expected to become Africa's most spectacular urban resort, setting a new benchmark for luxury and innovation.

With a comprehensive range of luxury services and with spectacular views of Table Mountain, the new 131-key One&Only Cape Town resort is situated at the centre of Cape Town's fashionable Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, overlooking the marina.

The resort will also feature an exclusive spa island at 1200m², the One&Only Spa will offer 11 treatment villas.

Two vitality pools complement the scenic relaxation spaces, sauna and steam rooms as well as a full service hair salon and the pedicure and manicure facilities.

The 200m² One&Only Fitness Centre, located in the main resort tower, will feature state-of-the-art fitness equipment from Technogym with personalised workout programmes.

A dedicated Kinesis training room will offer tri-dimensional pulley system training and there will be yoga, Pilates and tai chi studios.
