Awful at blogging, not bad at riding

Last time I wrote I was about to leave for Dubai and I'm glad to say I even managed some training. The last 9 months have seen me train in gyms all over the world as I try to combine training for such an enduring event with earning some money.

I am happy to announce that the InterContinental Hotel in Festival City Dubai has excellent facilities with a quite amazing machine that I'd never seen before made by Technogym.

It was called Kinesis and gave users a unique combination of core stability, rehabilitation exercises and strength work.

I didn't fancy the bikes though as they where the lie down type so I stuck MTV on the running machine and half danced and half jogged for 45 minutes to the best of the 1980's - can the world get any better.
