How did you decide to start using the mywellness key?

Star Bene introduced the mywellness key as part of the personalised fitness plans offered to the members of our Club.
Our Business model is based on the need to shift the attention of our customers from the cost of monthly membership to something that has a far higher intrinsic value: health.

And mywellness key combines perfectly with the Coaching service supplied by the Staff of Starbene.

Certainly. We do not sell the mywellness key, but we do sell the value of the personalised service we can achieve with the mywellness key.
In all this, the Coaching sessions are the fundamental component for providing an authentically personalised and lasting plan for our customers.
We currently provide 500 Personal Training sessions each month.

How do you approach your customers?

Everyone has a great deal of energy; my Staff and I try to increase our members' awareness of this energy so that they can release it in the form of movement.
The secret of our success lies in shifting the focus of our conversations with each customer to his/her need, and who doesn't need health?
The real issue is that people must be educated to appreciate the value and benefits of movement, otherwise they end up by treating it as a commodity.
