Innovative Product

The Arke line is made up of several innovative products including the Water 8 Ball, Pendulum and Twin Clubs. All tools are divided into four categories, each represented by a different colour and bearing the names of the four classical elements: air, earth, water and fire. Each category provides easy identification for the specific target exercise and provides progression from basic to advanced.

Visual Displays

To maximise the functional environment, a display with an elegant and harmonious design that makes it easy to use the equipment is included in the Arke kit. Two versions: Wall Set Holder Wall and Floor Set Holder to ensure an attractive and safe functional space.

Education and Training

A comprehensive on-site training programme is included in the Arke solution, plus movement guide and Visual Learning Kit DVD which contains 265 exercises, 40 progressions and 7 pre-made routines to give ideas of training programmes, upskill staff knowledge and ready made routines to launch Arke to your members.
