In MYCYCLING, everything is designed to offer you maximum stability during training, especially during the outdoor sprint simulation. The beating heart of the product is the electromechanical brake that controls every second that you are in the saddle with extreme precision, making it even more efficient.

MYCYCLING APP

Tests, personalised programmes, paths and biofeedback: all in one app. Simply place your smartphone on the handlebar support to take control of MYCYCLING via Bluetooth® and begin to train like never before.

    REVOLUTIONISE YOUR PERFORMANCE

    TNT is the result of the collaboration between Technogym® Scientific Research Department and the best athletes, coaches, physiologists and trainers in the world. Based on your anaerobic threshold, its goal is to improve your metabolic and neuromuscular characteristics and improve your outdoor performance.

    THRESHOLD TEST

    To accurately define the TNT workloads and to monitor your progress over time, your anaerobic threshold value must be identified through two possible tests that can be done indoors, on your own and in a short period of time: The Technogym® Maximal Test and the FTP Test (Functional Threshold Power Test). If, on the other hand, you already know your threshold value, MYCYCLING lets you enter it manually.

    PERSONALISED TRAINING

    The 18 weeks of training are subdivided into three 6-week blocks: construction, development and refining. Three weekly training sessions are scheduled that can last between just 40 and 70 minutes, based on constant pace and power variations. Training both slow and fast muscular fibres is essential for optimising active muscle mass and improving intramuscular and inter-muscular coordination. With only one goal: to go faster.

    OUTDO YOURSELF

    With the MYCYCLING app, you can review all the results achieved in the individual work out sessions. With a general overview, you will therefore be able to assess your progress and repeat some sessions in order to exceed goals that had been previously unreachable.

    A STROKE OF PERFECT PEDALLING

    The Technogym patented system will let you improve your efficiency in the saddle. The MYCYCLING app gives you continuous feedback on the circularity and symmetry of your pedalling. The torque flange analyses each 360° pedal revolution in real time and the optical sensor checks the pushing symmetry between your right and left legs.

    MORE STABLE IN THE SADDLE

    In the Core Stability section of the MYCYCLING APP, you will find a series of body weight exercises developed with top physiologists, who are experts in cycling training, that will help you strengthen the muscles in the torso area and achieve maximum pedalling efficiency.
