  • How do I connect my tablet to MYRUN?

All you need to do is enable Bluetooth on your tablet, place it on the MYRUN display and open the MYRUN App. A window will pop up, asking you whether you want to connect MYRUN to your tablet. Follow the video instructions.

  • How do I pair the new Polar H7 Bluetooth cardio band (which can be purchased along with the MYRUN) with my machine?

The Polar H7 cardio band can be connected directly in the MYRUN App, by going to “settings”, or by selecting CPR training, then click on “scan for devices” and select the Polar H7 band from the list of Bluetooth devices found. You can pair the cardio band even when you've already started training, simply by clicking on the “heart rate” button on the app.

  • Why doesn’t the MYRUN start when I press the green button?

Check the MYRUN display to make sure it's not already linked with a tablet which has the MYRUN app running in the background. If this is the case, the MYRUN will not launch. First, you need to select the type of training that you want to do directly from the app.

  • When the MYRUN App tells me to update the MYRUN firmware, what do I need to do?

Sometimes when a new version of the MYRUN App is launched, you might need to update the MYRUN software in order to take advantage of new functionalities that have been added to the app. When you receive a notification advising you to update your MYRUN firmware, just follow the instructions on the MYRUN App, leaving your tablet on the MYRUN display for the duration of the firmware update. At the end of the process, MYRUN will reset the device, and then it will be immediately available for training.

  • I'm training on the MYRUN with the MYRUN App, and the error message H212 appears on the MYRUN display.What should I do?

The H212 error message appears when the Bluetooth connection is lost between the MYRUN and the tablet where the MYRUN App is running. To resolve the error, take the following steps:

  • Switch off MYRUN
  • Disconnect the MYRUN in the tablet Bluetooth settings
  • Close the MYRUN App on the tablet
  • Switch the MYRUN back on again
  • Re-pair the MYRUN with the tablet via the MYRUN App
  • The MYRUN App is not recording my training results. What can I do?

The MYRUN App can be used in two modes: offline (non-registered user) and online (user registered on mywellness). If you want to record the training you do on your MYRUN, make sure you're logged in on the app. You can check this in the "Your profile” area. Alternatively, you can train as an "anonymous" user, and then save your training results by going to "Your profile” - and then to the settings for - "Anonymous training sessions saved on this device" (you will be asked to log in here to save the training session to your profile).

  • Where can I look at my training session history?

Training sessions completed on the MYRUN and recorded via the MYRUN App can be viewed on the site www.mywellness.com or directly on the MYRUN App in the “your training” area.

  • I want to replicate the outdoor runs I have recorded on GPS apps or devices like the Technogym App, RunKeeper, MapMyFitness, Strava, Polar, Garmin or Fitbit on the MYRUN. How can I do this?

  • If you use the Technogym App to record outdoor runs, just go to the "my exercises" section on the MYRUN App, where you can find the runs you have recorded and replicate these on your MYRUN.
  • Where you have used other GPS applications or devices, such as RunKeeper, MapMyFitness, Strava, Polar, Garmin or Fitbit, you can connect your account on these platforms to your Technogym account on the MYRUN App: to do this, just connect to the site mywellness.com, insert the email address and password you used to register on the MYRUN App and go to SETTINGS - LINKED ACCOUNTS; by connecting to your Strava account to your Technogym account, for example, you'll be able to see the runs recorded on this app on the MYRUN App (in the “my training” section), and will subsequently be able to replicate these on MYRUN.
  • What tablets are compatible with the MYRUN App?

The MYRUN App is available in an Android and Apple iPad version.

Compatible Android Tablets: the majority of Android tablets with the Android 4.2 operating system or later, and specifically, with Samsung TAB S 8.4; Samsung TAB S 10.5; Samsung TAB 4 10.0; Samsung TAB 4 10.1and Google Nexus 9

Compatible iOS Tablets: iPad Pro (9.7”); iPad mini 4; iPad mini 3; iPad mini 2; iPad mini ; iPad Air 2; iPad Air; iPad with Retina display; iPad (3rd generation) and iPad (2nd generation). iOS 8.0 or later is required.

  • Can I create a goal-based training program?

By going to the “MY PROGRAM” section on the MYRUN App, you can create a training schedule on your MYRUN to help you meet a training goal that you want to achieve. For example, running a 10 mile race in 1-2 months. By analyzing your responses to a few simple questions (number of miles you want to run, time it takes you, number of training sessions/week that you want to complete), the MYRUN App creates a training schedule to help you to reach your chosen target.
