Together with Tim Benjamin, personal trainer and former 400m Olympic athlete, we’ve created a programme that comprises of 24 training sessions specifically designed to tone your body.
About the trainer
Having competed at the highest level of international athletics for 13 years, Tim has transitioned successfully into coaching since his retirement in 2009. Tim represents Great Britain at every major senior athletics championships including the Olympic Games in 2004. Highlights included reaching the individual 400m final at the 2005 World Championships, winning medals at the Commonwealth Games, European Championships, World Indoor Championships and winning the Senior AAA 400m title on four occasions. During his athletics career and post university education, Tim qualified as both a personal trainer, athletics coach and strength and conditioning coach. Tim now is owner of health clubs in the UK.
About the programme

You can have two different livels (Level 1 for beginners-intermediate and Level 2 for pro) of 12 work-out sessions each.
