Step/Squat







Step/Squat trains all the muscles of the lower part of your body in a complete and functional manner.
Use the Step/Squat to reproduce all the main movements of your lower body that you normally perform in everyday life, such as getting up from a seat or climbing up and down stairs.
The platform is adjustable to various heights. Perform squats and lunges (up to a maximum of 45 cm) with the fully horizontal position and adjust accordingly for progressively more difficult step-type exercises.
The two horizontal cables, at the sides of the platform, transfer to you the workload selected for the workout.
