Alex Schwazer is the current Olympic champion (Beijing 2008) in the 50-km race walk. From the Alto Adige area of Italy, Schwazer competes in a specialty that is very demanding both physically and mentally: race walking. He relies upon the skill and professionalism of Technogym to improve his athletic performance.

Schwazer uses the Run Excite treadmill from Technogym which gives him the experience he needs: it feels like moving on a supportive, cushioned surface that absorbs the force of impact.As a result, the Italian team champion is training on a cutting-edge treadmill to race walk towards lofty new horizons.
