Which to choose, how to prepare, and use

You can select between two alternatives, depending on your preference:

  •  55cm diameter, recommended for those between 0 to 170 cm
  •  65cm diameter, recommended for those 170 cm onwards.

The hinge nylon nautical helps you size the ball during inflation reducing the likelihood of inflating beyond the recommended limits. However, Wellness Ball Active Sitting™ is in fact ready to be used when the hinge is totally relaxed.

If you intend to use the Wellness Ball™ Active Sitting in the office, to ensure a stable progression of usage we commend you adhere to the following guidelines:

  •   First Day: One hour
  •  Second Day: Two hours
  •  Third Day: Four Hours, with the addition of mobility exercises.
  •  Form Day  Four to Ten: Four to Six hours with the addition of mobility and toning exercises.
  • From the Tenth day, as you like.

Finally…Always remember to get up often for short walks.
