A week ago, I wrote the blog post titled Fitness is “bigger” than ever in Texas which highlighted the current successes of the Pilot Class and the Wellness System so far at Abilene Christian University.
These accomplishments have already proved to work tremendously well for the students in the class, especially for Jeff, an aspiring member of the Debate team at ACU and student in his senior year.
I sat down for a phone call with him to discuss his results:
What has the Pilot Class entailed so far?
