Technogym celebrated movement and industry innovation at the IDEA World Fitness Convention last week in San Diego, July 5-8. Over 5,000 leading industry presenters, personal trainers and operators convened at this worldwide event to share best practices, cutting-edge research and the hottest trends.

As a key contributor at the event, Technogym teamed up with PTA Global to deliver two education seminars on its Kinesis products. The first seminar, led by PTA Global Co-Founder Rodney Corn, taught Kinesis professionals of all levels how to apply behavioral science in program and movement design. The second seminar, co-led by Rodney Corn and PTA Global Faculty Member Hayley Hollander, offered a hands-on approach to Kinesis boot camp programming strategies.

In addition to the seminar sessions, Technogym’s booth in the convention hall featured two Kinesis Ones. PTA Global Faculty and the Technogym booth team challenged attendees to try new moves on Kinesis while also sharing information on Technogym’s new education service offerings.

In case you missed the show, Technogym is now offering trainers a variety of pathways to grow their Kinesis business and application knowledge. Fitness Professionals can now validate their Kinesis continuing education on IDEA’s Fitness Connect website, as well as download our video movement library app (available through iTunes), attend onsite workshops and e-learning courses and more. Trainers can even share their Kinesis success stories and program concepts at Technogym’s online training community: wekinesis.com.

Every year IDEA brings together industry innovators, and Technogym was proud to share in the conversation at this year’s event. While IDEA World was a first for Technogym, the Wellness Company looks forward to continuing to deliver top-notch, progressive education at personal trainer-oriented industry events.
